For years, while working with new fathers, Melvin White repeatedly heard a simple but important question:
“What do we do after we bring the baby home?”
That question revealed an important need.
Pregnancy and childbirth can bring fathers into contact with information, professionals, and resources. But fatherhood continues long after the baby comes home—and the first five years bring rapid changes in a child's development, communication, behavior, learning, health, and relationships.

FACILITATOR GOVERNANCE
Certified Facilitators deliver Dads on Duty™. Authorized Master Trainers train and certify facilitators. Completing advanced training does not automatically confer Master Trainer authority.
