The Frat Dads Legacy Fraternity™ is the official brotherhood of Frat Dads LLC — a private, purpose-driven fraternity created for fathers, mentors, and men who are committed to becoming stronger leaders in their families, workplaces, and communities.
Our brotherhood exists to help men grow through accountability, education, meaningful relationships, and service. Members are challenged to develop the character, leadership, and purpose needed to create lasting change in their own lives while helping strengthen the lives of others.

A Six-Week Brotherhood Experience That Begins a Lifetime of Purpose

Week One
Knowing Yourself
Every transformation begins with honesty. Participants examine their personal story, values, strengths, challenges, and the experiences that have shaped the men they are today.

Week Four
Brotherhood & Accountability
No man was created to walk alone. Participants learn the value of accountability, authentic relationships, mutual encouragement, and building a trusted circle of brothers committed to one another's success.

Week Two
Healing & Growth
Growth requires confronting what has been ignored. Participants explore barriers, past experiences, limiting beliefs, and opportunities for personal healing while learning healthy strategies for continued growth.

Week Five
Fatherhood & Legacy
Leadership begins at home. Participants examine the influence they have on children, families, and future generations while developing a personal vision for the legacy they desire to leave behind.

Week Three
Purpose & Leadership
Purpose gives direction to a man's life. Participants begin identifying how their gifts, passions, and experiences can positively impact their families, workplaces, and communities.

Living With Purpose
Purpose becomes meaningful only when it is lived. Participants complete their Journey of Purpose™ by developing a personal commitment to continue growing, serving, leading, and living intentionally as members of the Frat Dads Legacy Fraternity™.
More Than Completion — A Lifelong Commitment
Completion of The Journey of Purpose™ marks an important milestone in a man’s commitment to personal growth, brotherhood, leadership, service, and legacy. Participants who complete the experience are formally recognized as Frat Dads Legacy Members.
This recognition is not an ending. It represents the beginning of a continued commitment to accountability, intentional living, supporting fellow members, serving communities, strengthening families, and creating a legacy that extends beyond one’s own lifetime.
