Our Story
Born From a Simple Question
Frat Dads didn’t begin with a program. It grew from decades of experience in early childhood, fatherhood, and family engagement—and from listening closely to fathers.
While facilitating Boot Camp for New Dads, Founder & Managing Partner Melvin White, MS repeatedly heard fathers ask a simple but important question:
“What do we do after we bring the baby home?”
That question helped inspire Dads on Duty™ and the broader Frat Dads mission.
Today, Frat Dads brings that same practitioner-centered approach to fatherhood education, family engagement, professional learning, mental wellness, and brotherhood.
