Our Story
Born From a Simple Question
Frat Dads was founded from a simple but important realization: while many fathers receive support during pregnancy and childbirth, very few receive the guidance they need as they continue their journey through fatherhood.
After years of working with fathers through the nationally recognized Boot Camp for New Dads program, our founder, Melvin White, MS, repeatedly heard the same question: "What do we do after we bring the baby home?"
That question became the catalyst for Frat Dads LLC — a fatherhood-centered educational organization committed to strengthening fathers, families, youth, organizations, and communities.
