Frat Dads is an organization built on integrity, professionalism, and compassion. We take personal responsibility for ensuring that Frat Dads represent the saying "I am my brother's keeper," in that we hold each other accountable for how we behave and operate as fathers and as men.

Frat Dads ensures our definition of fatherhood is an inclusive one.

• We recognize that our society is forever changing, and Frat Dads is aligning our organization with the times.

• We recognize that many family members may be cisgender, non-binary people, and those in the LGBTQ+ spectrum may be fathers.

• We further recognize that many family members may participate in fathering such as grandparents, uncles, cousins, and siblings.

• We invite all individuals who identify as fathers into the brotherhood and part of the Frat Dads movement.
